I held dozens of jobs throughout my lifetime. From stocking the shelves at Kmart to mopping the floors as a janitor…

I’ve also started a number of unsuccessful businesses.

Similar to my first company, which sold peanuts door to door…

Then I went on to become the stereotypical owner of a gas station.

…I then owned a discount store that sold inexpensive goods.

Finally, I entered the mortgage industry. This was my first “taste” of making money in the real estate industry.
