Hunyuan Taiji Ruler is a physical-spiritual Daoist cultivation practice transmitted by Feng Zhiqiang to Dr Yaron Seidman. The ruler is a short stick that helps facilitate the guiding of energy internally. Nine Taiji Ruler exercises to cultivate Inner skill movement and Dantian energy flow. By moving the ruler together with the body energy flow is generated in a consistent manner, which improves and strengthens the energy over time. The student will develop deep sensitivity to energy flow and an improved meditative ability.
